Hi, I’m Anna.

I am incredibly grateful to have the chance to walk with clients through a wide range of life experiences with compassion and curiosity, helping them build resilience and pursue lasting change.

Wherever you find yourself, I hope to come alongside you to ask questions that promote insight and provide practical tools for support in your daily life.

I provide individual counseling for teens and adults, as well as for couples. My faith is an important aspect of why I am a counselor, and I am equipped to incorporate aspects of my client’s faith in sessions. I rely on a strengths-based approach with techniques from CBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Counseling.

My hope for my clients is that counseling provides them with a deeper understanding of themselves, resources to manage challenging circumstances and difficult relationships, and the hope that change is not only possible, but also accessible to them.

I am approved by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Professional Counselor (License# C.2406689). I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Ministry from Moody Bible Institute.

I am supervised by Erin Pritchard, LPCC-S (E.1901011-SUPV).

Outside of the office, you will most likely find me trying a new restaurant with my husband, hiking through a metro park, or becoming overinvolved in a craft project. I love traveling to see family in Wisconsin and Cleveland, and I am an active member of my local church here in Columbus.
