Counseling For Men

Practical and Evidence-Based

Men are one of the most underserved populations when it comes to mental health. I believe that is essential for men to have access to counseling that is specific to their needs and takes into account the unique pressures and challenges they face as a man. An experience I hear of often from my male clients is the pressure to carry everything — work, family, marriage, friendships — and to do so without voicing emotions or asking for support.

Many men seek out counseling because a loved one has asked them to do so. While loved ones often have great insight into the impact of unprocessed experiences and stress, I focus on your goals and perspectives in our counseling. My clients describe my approach as direct, practical, and compassionate.
