Therapy for Individuals in Columbus
You don’t have to do this alone
Support is available for navigating complex emotions and processing painful experiences from both the present and the past.
Many of my clients have come to me looking for someone to hear their story without judgement, and to respond with compassion, honesty, and hope for the future. My clients have gained practical tools to be able to speak openly in their most difficult relationships, whether that be with a spouse, parents, or in the work place.
You may be finding yourself trying to build a new life in the midst of a divorce or other significant loss, navigating a family member’s mental health crisis or addiction, or feeling in over your head with parenting. In the midst of present struggles, you may also be asking questions about your childhood and how difficult experiences from your past relate to the way you’re managing today. When the world around us doesn’t align with what we believe to be good and right, questions and doubts about faith commonly arise adding to feelings of confusion and disillusionment. All of these challenges are too great a burden to carry alone.
Wherever you find yourself, there is hope for clarity, change, and well-being. Counseling can be the avenue that allows you to process your experiences and make meaning that empowers you to live in alignment with your values.
